The Town of Midale is a thriving town filled with community spirit and activity. The Town is situated in the Rural Municipality of Cymri # 36 right in the hub of the oil industry. Along with the many oil businesses, cattle and grain farming make up a very large part of our industry.

The community has a Kindergarten to Grade 12 school, health center, fire and rescue team, senior housing, and churches.  In addition, all the necessary conveniences are available such as groceries, banking, restaurants, motel, mechanical shops, electricians, plumbers, gas bars, beverage room, liquor vendor, and catering club.  Midale is only 30 minutes from the cities of Weyburn or Estevan.

The Harry O Memorial Arena “Home to the Midale Mustangs” is full of activity during the winter months.  The curling rink is also kept busy hosting the Midale Oilmen’s Bonspeil, Farmers Bonspeil, and Ladies Bonspiel.
 
The swimming pool and ball parks are kept busy during the summer and each year the Souris Valley Antique Association works hard to ensure a good time at their annual Threshing Bee.  Also be sure to check out the Museum and Heritage Village!
